First time to ever bench press so I had to just pick a weight (since there was no way I could do this rx'd at body weight, ha, ha, ha, ha!) I had 65# on the bar and used the blue band for the pull ups. Admittedly, I didn't hit my real max on the first round. Comparing the way my final BP on round 1 and my final BP on round 5 felt, there was no comparison.
Joc warned me that I would be sore tomorrow...how about sore in just a couple of hours?!?
