There were a couple of incredibly interesting lifts in the mix, but there were also a few that felt pretty good. I enjoyed working up and then dropping back down as the second round through felt much better overall than the first.

I kept all the SDHPs unbroken, so this workout definitely kept me moving quickly. If I had been quicker with the transitions, my time would have been smoking. :) And Joc, I think that my little line on the wall to mark my wall balls just moved up a little bit!
