Filler Back Squats

Skill
Supposed to be snatch, but my leg hurt and I kept bumping it with the bar...I gave up and just did what I do well.
Back Squat

200 m row
30 ball slams 25#
2 min.
5-10-5 shuttle runs
Repeat the full cycle
My ball slams: 27-27

At least I was consistent. Oh so close to that 30, but just couldn't quite get it.

Then 20 burpees for time.
Me: 2:06
Have I ever mentioned that I am no good at burpees? Here is the living proof.

Then after all that I was happy but my leg hurt, so I went home and took a nap.
