Ready for Rest...

I broke 200#! And even though I have said it before, THIS one was hard. It really, really was.

WOD
400 m run
then 3 rounds:
5 deadlifts 153# (rx'd)
5 box jumps 16" (scaled from 24")
5 pull ups
1 burpee shuttle run with 6 burpees (subbed 2 kick-backs for each burpee)
end with 200 m run
Time: 10:08
